The goal of this website is to build a petition with more than 1,000,000 signatures, in support of Impeaching President Obama. Your comments from the petition will be used to draft Articles of Impeachment. The petition and Articles of Impeachment will be presented to Congress immediately following the 2010 election. We all have from now until the 2010 election to elect or persuade enough Congressmen and Senators so a majority will support Impeachment.

THE PETITION STATES: Article 2, Section 4, of the U.S. Constitution specifies that "The President, Vice President and all civil officers of the United States, shall be removed from office on impeachment for, and conviction of, treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors." WE, THE UNDERSIGNED, AFFIRM THAT WE ARE LEGAL CITIZENS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. WE SUPPORT THE IMPEACHMENT OF PRESIDENT BARRACK HUSSEIN OBAMA. This petition alleges financial mismanagement on a scale so large it has never been seen in the history of the world. This petition also alleges numerous acts to undermine, contradict and supercede the Constitution of the United States. This is the same Constitution that President Obama swore an oath to protect and defend. Our individual statements in support of this petition are included with this petition.
